At PetsKissy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions.

⏰ Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it.

✅ Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return

  2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the product to the address provided
  4. Upon receipt and verification, we will process the refund

💰 Refund

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return, using your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

❌ Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Orders reported after the 14-day period
