At PetsKissy, we do everything possible to ensure that your products arrive quickly and safely for you and your four-legged companions.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

  • France / Belgium / Luxembourg: 4 to 8 business days

  • International: 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carriers or the time of year.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We also offer:

  • Free delivery from €30 of purchase (depending on current promotions).

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package's delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact our customer service at:

We will investigate with the carrier in order to find a solution quickly.

Incorrect address

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

PetsKissy cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided when placing the order.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and the product so that we can offer you a solution.
