At PetsKissy, the satisfaction of our customers and their pets is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products used or damaged by the customer

  • Pet products opened for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or discounted

Return process

To make a return, please contact our customer service at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • photos of the product if needed

Once your request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

⚠️ Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer either:

  • a replacement,

  • or a full refund.

Refund delays

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. If the problem persists, contact us at support@petskissy.com
